| Yes, he does know how to
juggle. Not just balls, but daily tasks as well.
You will see him developing our customer base,
managing our website, strategic planning, “playing”
on his computer or out machining parts. He revels
in lifting the hood on our structure to see how
systems can be “tuned up” to maximize
our ability to meet customer needs and increase
overall company performance.
His goal is to make customers not
just satisfied but raving fans! Dave believes
that “the success of our company is
found in our ability to meet needs, exceed expectations
and make sure our customers know we care. We live
in a bottom line business environment, but we
have found when our customer’s bottom line
comes first, we succeed as well.”
Life at home is diverse. He tries
to keep up (i.e. pay for) his two daughters in
college and a sports-crazed high school son. He
regularly attends his wife’s aerobics class
for a well-deserved thrashing, and he enjoys teaching
a high school class at his church.
