| Feeling down? Spend a minute
with Will and he’ll put a smile on your
face. He’s our resident source of positive
vibe. Will supervises our second shift and puts
his positive attitude and bent toward detail to
good use everyday. He strives toward perfection,
but lacks the baggage of most perfectionists.
“I have the ability to keep a lighthearted
atmosphere while maintaining effective management,”
says Will.
Running two shifts at full capacity
requires that all staff and management be 1st
string. Will provides the fill in gap leadership
necessary to make that happen. He has an eye for
quality and a tooth for sweets.
Will’s about as simple as
they come. He spends time with his fiancé,
Theresa, watches NASCAR and takes an occasional
spontaneous excursion to places like Radio City
Music Hall. He cleans up well. |
