For Dianne, the word diversity seems to underscore her daily tasks at JPM.
From chasing down an urgent Customer request to targeting and achieving
monthly forecasts as well as providing employees with answers to Insurance
questions, she takes on each challenge with her signature smile
Big picture issues are important. “I try to keep abreast of government opportunities that are available to help Small Businesses to continue to grow and be successful,” says Dianne.
”The company takes great pride in providing their customers with top quality
product, strong customer support, and quick turnaround time. Customers will
always be greeted by a friendly human voice as opposed to a machine, which impressed me when I first contacted John Prosock Machine, that extra personal touch makes a difference.”
Her favorite way to relax? “Having a cookout with the kids and grandkids over and
all of us playing badminton, baseball, basketball and Frisbee then everyone
enjoying all the food I made.” On occasional Friday evening’s she enjoys beating her husband in backgammon. “If he wins I'm subjected to his Mummers dance.”
