When Denise takes the helm at her desk each morning, she never quite knows what the day will bring. Always the student, she says "I learn something new almost every day." Suppliers beware! She's tenacious about keeping costs down and will make you work for her if you want her business.
It's quite a task to keep pace with the shop's voracious appetite for material, but with her ever-present upbeat attitude, she takes on the challenge while maintaining her charm.
"I work both hard and smart," says Denise. This is evident to all in the office as she juggles multiple tasks. And forget it if you ever think she will be grumpy when she picks up the phone. Pleasant. Courteous. Efficient.
She loves to travel, but spends most of her time with her husband, Michael, their two grown daughters, and their 5 grandchildren. "Our only child at home has four legs and wags her tail, Her name is K.C., our 15-year-old fox terrier."
